330mL bottle. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Estery Belgian yeast, some bubblegum, floral grass, and bright sugars on the nose. Flavour has very pleasant Belgian yeast expression, floral with bubblegum esters, white bread malts, caramel. Pretty good level of sweetness, could maybe be a bit drier. Carbonation is solid. Not one of the best tripels, but still very good.

750 ml corked and caged bottle. Aroma is banana, bread, hint of clove. Taste is sweet with a light acidity and faint hop bitterness; notes of banana, bread, clove.,

750ml corked bottle, 2024 vintage. Bready malt aroma with notes of peach, apricot, banana, spicy Belgian yeast, clove and floral hops. Pours clear golden colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with bready malt, peach, apricot and clove flavors as well as having a full body and dry mouthfeel. Finishes dry but quite smooth with spicy Belgian yeast, banana and floral yeast flavors. Excellent Tripel.

Leicht trübe goldene Farbe, gemischtporige, stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase Honig, helles Malz, Steinfrüchte und eine leichte Würzigkeit. Im Geschmack weich und gleichzeitig würzig-herb, dezente honigartige Süße, leicht weinartige Aromen, deutliche Hopfenbittere. Insgesamt stimmig, aber auch ein wenig langweilig.

0.33 bottle. Pours a golden color with fastly disappearing white head. Aroma of wheat and citrus. Sweet, fruity taste with hints of alcohol in the aftermath. Bitter finishing. Expected a bit more complex taste though.
