Clean grapefruit & tangerine notes up front, with smooth undertones of white wine, tropical pineapple, and earthy pine. Hopped with our hand-selected Mosaic, Amarillo, Mandarina Bavaria & Hallertau Blanc, with a cracker-crisp malt base of German pils and American 2-row. Fermented with American Ale yeast. Snappy bitterness on the finish.

Can at home. Lighter golden brew fairly bright white head. Nose is lighter due to hop profile but still nice of soft fruits bit of grass. Tastes of grass, apricot, pale malt, wheat, lighter white pepper. Crisp palate and fairly dry.
