Cask at RS HW, 16/04/17. Light yellow with a decent white head. Nose is crisp citric peel, straw, light bread, dank hop strokes, tangerine. Taste comprises orange pith, citric tinged straw, lemon rind, soft bread, light pinch of spice, floral whisper, mango. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a sharp citric edge and light dank hop flicker. Decent session gear.

Keg at Six Degrees North, Edinburgh. Murky orange body with a dense off-white head. No visible carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of lemon and basil. Flavour of minerals and cigarettes. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. There’s a flinty quality to this, which I don’t normally associate with the hops used (Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra).

On keg at Six Degrees North, Edinburgh. Appearance - golden with a nice lacy head and a slight haze. Nose - mango going into guava. Pungent tropical fruit. Taste - more mango propped up by pungent guava. Light zip of lime on the end. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a pocket rocket it certainly is.

Lightly hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry and has decent carbonation. Light malts bring mild sweetness and .... smoke! Mild orange and lemon citric hop. Dry finish. It really gets my goat when brewers sneak in smoky malts in to a beer you are not expecting it from. Don’t want smoke in a golden and this one does not taste good.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 6/3/2017. Deep gold, with a slight, white, head. Aroma of citrus hops, tropical fruits and biscuity malts. Flavour had much more fruit, crisp malts and a hint of green herb, before a dryish finish. Enjoyable.
