22oz bomber shared at tasting. Slightly hazy orange-tan. Quite a nice, fresh blend of IIPA and Saison. Nice juicy citrus hop tone, Mellow spicy saison yeast. A pretty solid offering. Passionfruit, pepper. Resinous deep new school intense hopping. Super quality new school hop tones. A touch of hairspray, the saison tones come out the more it mellows. Solid.

Binny’s, Chicago: pours slightly hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is farmhouse funk, a good bit of fruitiness, and definitely some booze. Taste is sweet with a yeasty Belgian feel to it. Nice hippiness and dryness but not extreme bitterness. Light juicy sweetness. Pretty nice.

Hazy gold no head. Nose is citra and simcoe and some European hops with saltines. Taste is incredibly bitter. Loads of juicy hops. A lot of bread dough, cracker and ginger. Very yeasty. Nice finish. This is insanely bitter but I love the balance

Bottle. Great aroma! Grapefruit zest, tropical fruit and a strong amount of Belgain yeast. Flavor is very much the same with a nice strong amount of bitterness. Somewhat of a chewy yeast texture.
