DESCRIPTION

Doyen is a collaboration between Gipsy Hill and Fuller’s Brewery. An IPA fermented with the famous Fuller’s yeast. We cranked up the fermentation temperature to release those esters, then loaded it with Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops.

Goes well with history, tradition and breaking boundaries.

Featuring George, head brewer at Fuller’s.

Keg at The Rake. It pours yellow - golden with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, green, white grape, greengage, biscuit, toasty grain, cereal and bread. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, earthy, biscuit, some spice, grassy, straw, pine needles, pithy citrus and white grape with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Definitely has the fullers vibe about it. Good.
