Named after atom bomb test grounds, designed by a French car engineer - the bikini was to many a disturbing and degrading creation and fortunately for others a symbol of emancipation. This is attractively light bodied, seductively well balanced and very drinkable Sour Bikini is anything but a sissy beer.

A refreshing light sour ale with a palate cleansing sourness, significant tartness, funky Belgian yeast, and several fruity taste elements including peaches. A nice touch of honey. Characterized by pop-like effervescence and sharper, denser qualities at the bottom of the bottle. A well-made 3%er.

That's a pretty subdued sour, which is good. especially at 3%.

16oz can. Really solid Berliner. Sour wheat flavor. Big lemon notes. Clean and easy drinking, but packs in quite a lot of flavor. Great example of the style, on the edge of sour IPA.
