Black IPA
A quadruple hop, 7% sinner of a Black IPA, mashed with chocolate and caramel malts to create a pitch-black colour and filthy rich flavour. Northern hemisphere hops are added in ever increasing volumes giving a huge hoppy flavour. We dry hop the beer creating an intense tropical, lemony aroma. Dark in colour, dark in nature.
Malts: Black, Crystal Extra Dark, Chocolate & Marris Otter
Hops: Sorachi Ace, Azacca, Centennial & Comet

Bottle at Appellation Wines. Pours opaque black with a thick beige head. Smells like sour coca cola and road tar. Something like cooked veg. Taste is tar, liquorice. Overly bitter coffee.
