Can, most likely from Middle Farm, cheers Si. Probably a 2024 brew. Nice funky aroma with heavy lemon side. Thin gold look. Taste is like light geuze. Good, a tad thin but decent!

On tap at Low Key Taproom Ashford. Cloudy pale gold colour lasting white head. Good deep saison funk aroma. Now that is good. Lovely depth of flavour. Not overly sour. Some sweetness even. Lovely saison farmyard. I thought pretty much amazing. I melted. It's lovely.

Burk från SB. Disig ljusgul vätska med medelhögt kritvitt skum. Citrussyrlig och lätt funkig, omogen stenfrukt, lite feta fattoner. Gott

Hazy, golden color. The head is dense. Slightly sour aroma of kiwi, nettles and Chardonnay wine. The taste is dominated by sour Chardonnay wine with a some oak barrel and nettles in the background. A little bit too much Chardonnay for my taste.

Burk. Första intrycket är en rejält syrlig saison. Men i bakgrunden lurar en stor sötma, lite som en balsamico i jämförelse med vinäger. En viss fruktighet finns även där, typ lychee. Dessutom är det ganska kryddigt, det drar iväg både åt pepparhållet och det blommiga. Overall hänger allt det här ihop på ett fint sätt!
Lovely stuff. Creamy, oaky, tart, lightly vinous. Lovely lovely stuff.

(Draught at Mother Kelly's Bethnal Green, London, 22 Nov 2024) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of mixed fruits, yeast, oak wood and barnyard. Fruity taste with citrus, peaches, yeast, barnyard, white bread, oak wood and a mild spicy/citric bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well made saison, with a mild funky touch. Very nice.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Light hazy gold pour with a white head. Nose is white grape, green apple, white pepper, bitter citrus. Spicy bittersweet flavours, lots of white grape, baked apple, lime marmalade, greengage. Spicy sweet with a light bitter fruit tang.
