Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is tart wheat, medium/light body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is tart wheat, some salty, some pineapple, and underlying hints of smoke.

Sample at the Columbus taproom during "The Power Of Sour" event on 05/06/2017. Pours a crystal clear orange-gold color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with a tart pineapple character and notes of salt, yeast, malt and a touch of smoke. The finish is moderately sour with a citrusy pineapple aftertaste. Above average overall.
