Brewed in collaboration with Norfolk’s Duration Brewing and named for Brixton’s evocative Nuclear Dawn mural, this kettle soured beer has layers within layers of botanical and fruity flavours. Coriander and fennel give way to a sharp sour, mellowed by exotic market fruit.

Bottle thanks to Fergus. It pours clearish with a small white head. The aroma is sweet aniseed upfront, liquorice, fennel, hay, herbal, coriander and musty funk. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, earthy, herbal, light lactic vibes, aniseed, lemon sherbet, Granny Smith apple and hay with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Unusual, but not bad.
