Mead with black tea and lemon.
It's been a long day. I had to hide out in my burrow for the better part of the day waiting for those damn golfers. But today was my lay, I finally did it. I didn't even need a reason. I wonder if they received total consciousness. It's like a Cinderella story, out of nowhere, a former dancing gopher becomes a killing champion. I had my special drink, a half & half, while I got in touch with that force in the universe that makes things happen. All I had to do was stop thinking...let things happen...and B. THE BALL

Draft. An unclear golden mead. The aroma has notes of honey, lemons, and flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, lemons, tea, and flowers, leading to a dry and bitter tea finish. Hm, the tea doesnβt work on my taste buds.

Bottle. Pours with a hazed golden hued body with a bit of head formation. Aromas are of black tea, mint, herbal- almost saaz like hop character oddly enough, some honey floral notes, mild lemon. Sweet honey notes, heavy tea. Flavors are very herbal with a moderate acidity, strong lemon, spicy. Interesting, odd, yet good. Well balanced as well. Concept works shockingly well. A guilty pleasure beverage. Lots of tea tannin. Petulant carbonation. Cool stuff.

Honey nose, with hints of pear and tea. Sparkling amber. Light body, tangy, astringent. Apple is dominant, little honey character actually. Finishes with tea. Drinks like a cider.

Pours clear, bright orange-amber, bubbles on glass...no head. Cut-tea aroma, honey. Flavour is honey, lemon, tea leaves. Very different taste...but quite enjoyable. Nice mix of herbal and sweet. Very good.
