Well stored bottle. Clear golden body with a thin, short lasting white head. Aroma is medium acidic with hint of fruit and honey. Flavor is sour berries, sour fruit, light malt and lemon. Medium body and sour aftertaste as well. OK but kinda straight forward sour beer without so much complexity.

Bottle at home. Aroma is tart fruits, barnyard funk, citrus, lemon, sour apples, vinegar. Flavour is nicely puckering sour. Body is medium, has a fairly dry finish. Really enjoyed this one, it’s very refreshing and nicely sour with a surprising touch of funk.

Bottle from Hopduvel. Hazy dark golden, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of orange juice, unripe plum, apricot, grape, grass, biscuit, straw, vinegar. Taste has sour orange flesh, plum, mandarin peel and unripe peach; biscuity malt base supporting vague bitter grape notes and funky vinegar. Tart finish, low on grassy hops, retronasal sourdough bread and citrus. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Hugely drinkable, 'introductory' Sour as it were.
