We love the idea of using as many of our own local ingredients as we can in our brewing process and enhancing the flavour of our beers by the way they are aged. Our Organic Reserve was made with our own locally grown Westminster Barley and Fuggle Hops; it was then fermented with champagne- style yeast and blended with our own mixed culture of yeast and bacteria. This fermentation took place in a single french Chardonnay barrel over the course of six months, gradually maturing into a beer which we believe is pretty amazing!

Bottle split at CBC Islington, thanks to Danny, 29/11/17. Rich orange to copper with a decent off white head. Nose is funk, peppery spice, grains, grass, vanilla, brett pangs, fruit rinds. Taste comprises mellow brett, lemon rind, hay, vanilla essence, green berry tang, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Fine for the style but again no excitment in my glass offered from this brewery.

Bottle at CBC Islingtooon. Thanks to Danny! It pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, gooseberry, candies, white grape, lactic, cereal and funk. The taste is crisp, dry, sweet - sour, tart, lactic, gooseberry, musty, vinous, white grape, vanilla oak and some oiliness. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not sure its a biere de garde, but it is pretty enjoyable nonetheless.

Craft Islington Bottleshare, thanks to Dan. Light haze on this pale gold beer, no real head. Light palate, mildly dry, modest carbonation. Light sourness, a little gueuze vibe, contrasting sweetish orchard fruits. Light finish. Interesting, quite cidery the beers from this brewery.

Bottle picked up from Beer Gonzo Webshop, Earlsdon, Coventry, consumed at Mini Camping Donk Groene, nr Den Bosch, Tuesday 26th September 2017. Hazy light orange with hardly any carbonation. A little bit of cider on the nose with some warm silage. This is quite thin and watery in the mouth, a little funky tang some very watered down lemon squash. It's ok but by Little Earth Projects high standards it is a bit of a disappointment, in fact I didn't bother finishing this. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0
