Bottle. Interesting, creamy cheesy funkiness, very spritzy, taste is very dry, can feel it emptying my mouth of moisture. Aroma has bit of sweet fruitiness, gooseberry, nice. Quite unusual. Quite nice. With yeast, smell becomes manure like. Not so nice.

$5.29 bottle, WW. Pours honey-colored with a dusting of a white head. Aroma is honey, berry, green grasses, copper. Flavor is sour berry, metal, lemon juice. Ordinary, boring sour.

On tap at the Gist, Brussels. Hazy golden, minimal head. Wild yeasty aroma, very funky, dusty, some fruit. Ripe fruit, stale bread, cheese. Pretty sour and puckering. Vinous. Medium body, moderate carbonation.

Tap. Nuetigenough, Brussels. Hazed, deep gold. Thick and sticky, bright white foam. Nose has cracker malts. Lemony brett. Soft pepper spice. Light, flowery herb. Taste is tart, dry, and lime leaf bitter. Medium body. Crisp and dry. Fine carbonation. Tart, lemon bitterness to finish. Great condition this. Very nice.
