26/IX/14 - on tap @ Borefts 2014 (Bodegraven) - BB: n/a (2014-1059) Thanks to Benzai, 77ships, fonefan and cgarvieuk for sharing today's beers!
Clear deep blond beer, aery white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, UK hops, bit grassy, hay, nutty, sweet, sugary touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, hay, grassy, medicinal, cow fodder. Aftertaste: weird, grains, malty, unpleasant.

Cask gravity at Firkin Ale House Folkestone. 2013 version. Gold clear ring of white bubbles. Biscuit malt and some strong hop presence. Quite tasty. Interesting hop. Nettle bitterness. Drinkable and interesting and different 3.5/5. 2014 version. Fresh hop aroma. Good pale biscuit. Then massive green hop lovely beer. Good bitterness. Excellent. 4.0 /5. 2016 version again good malty biscuit but far hoppier than before i think long lasting bitterness on the finish. 2018 version good biscuit. Plenty of hops. Had it 3 times in one day Oct 6th 2018 across Thanet so it must have been good 3.6

On cask at the Catford Bridge Tavern. Gold pour with a white head. Citrus and pear aroma. Light malts and wheat flavours with a citrus tang. Bitter-hop finish.

bottle at home ... Golden thin white head ... light sweet fruity lager nose ... light toffee malt ... but quite lagery ... real all told not my thing.
