Bottle shared in London - sourced via the brewery. Pours mostly clear red with a slim, foamy head. Lovely aroma, lots of meaty cherries. Light sweet flavour with sturdy acidity, tart cherries, mellow funk, woody dryness. Meidum bodied with spritzy carbonation. Cleansing finish, quenching, strong acidity, more tart cherries, light warmth. Great depth. Wonderful beer.
