Tap at the Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is yeast and citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet with a crisp, fresh, malty, light orange citrus, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Klart bärnstensfärgad med medelstort skum. Old School IPA med tydlig humlebeska. Lite vass kolsyra. Beskan hänger i ett tag. Helt ok men inget märkvärdig.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a thick slightly offwhite head. Aromas of lots of pine, mandarin, orange peel and lots of piney hops. Taste is very bitter piney hops, citrus, orange peel and mandarin. Lots of caramel malt.

50 cl bottle served in Leffe goblet. It pours hazy honey-hued to copperish, smallish (but with good retention) tan head. Aroma is intense passionfruit, bitter Seville oranges, dandelion, ruccola. Taste is dry, slick, very bitter and persistent. Nice example of an American-style IPA.

5/VI/17 - sample from 50cl bottle @ LIBF 2017 (Leuven) - BB: n/a (2017-779) Thanks to the Belgian RB crew for sharing today's beers!
Clear orange beer, small irregular creamy white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: oh yes, lovely stuff! Mix of tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, some lychee. Lovely. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, malty, tropical fruits, very bitter, dry, some passion fruit. Aftertaste: hoppy, grapefruit, citrus, some more tropical fruit. Maybe a little too bitter to my liking.
