A co-creation brew with the UK band Editors. Magnum hop, bitter chocolate, bergamot lemon.
Our collaboration brew with the British Indie rockers Editors! We had an awesome time with them talking about their music, our work at Beer Project, listening to their tunes while tasting our brews ...
Great humble band who shared much with us and came multiple times to the brewery to fine tune this Salvation - an earl grey infused porter - that matches their song.

Bottle at De Koffer, Groningen. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, herbal tea notes, bit spicy. Flavour is light sweet with a moderate roasty bitter finish. Body is medium. Didn’t really get any Bergamot, but the tea leaves are there. I generally love Earl Grey tea in beer and this combination with Stout didn’t disappoint.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish head, light cloudy depish brown with reddish taints, roasty earthy aroma with some chocolate, chocolate and nuts flavor with herbal notes in the back and a hint of metal, light bitterness. Fair and drinkable but not too exciting.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Roasty, dark malty aroma, hints of coffee, treacle, liquorice. Taste is roasty dark malty, dry, minimally herbal overtones, a touch of bergamot and rose hip; smooth and creamy palate, carbonation of slight effervescence though. Nice.
