Bottle thanks to Heath. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, citrus, raspberry, oak. Slick body, raspberry, lemon, yeast, wood, dry finish, very good.

Runder säuerlicher Beginn. Viele Himbeeren, etwas trocken, was aber gut passt. Schwacher Hintergrund, so dass der Fokus weiter auf der Säure liegt, wenig brotig, spritzig. Langer fruchtiger Abgang - von den mitgebrauten Pfefferkörner ist nichts erkennbar. 8/11/12/12/11/11

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy golden-orange. Funk, berries, some spiciness, oak, sour. Very nice.

50cl. Nice intense woody sourness. Raspberries are there, mild fruity. Woody horse blanket in the finish with a nice earthy raspberry finish. Nice balanced sourness, fruity in the end. Nice intense fruity brew.

(Draught at BrewDog Mitte, Berlin, 22 July 2018) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of raspberries, lemon and red fruit. Fruity, tart taste with raspberries, citrus, hints of white peppercorns and a dry, fresh acidity in a finish with low bitterness (if any). Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and fresh, with a good raspberry character. Nice one.

Sample at SBWF 2018. Hazy light orange with a small white head. Aroma of raspberries, some funk and light grain. The same in the taste. The finish was medium sour. Quite refreshing.

Tap@Brewskival 2018, Helsingborg - pours a fuzzy amber colour with white head. Tart fruity prominent notes of raspberries, berry fruit, yeasty notes, medium body, wooden accents, notes of spice into the finish.
