Oyster Stout is a dark, smooth and creamy stout. It is brewed using sweet, dark roasted Belgian malt and Oats with our secret blend of hops and of course real oysters ! It has rich malty and chocolate notes with well balanced sweetness.
Like all our beers, it is a top fermented and lagered combination resulting in a unique Real Ale with a continental touch. Unfiltered & unpasteurised, this is all grain beer, does not contain any artificial additives.

Bottle shared in Hackney - cheers to Danny. Pours clear golden brown with a small, creamy tan head. The nose has some orange peel, toasted brown bread, nips of toffee. Light sweet flavour, some tangy citrus, more brown bread. Meidum bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Tangy finish, some leafy notes, toasted malts, more orange peel. Novel. So so overall.

Bodney towers bottleshare. Thanks to Osprey. Almost clear deep amber beer, short lived tan head. Palate is light and fairly dry, modest fine carbonation. Thin malts. Little tangy caramel. Estery sweetness and tangy ripe fruits. Light dry finish. Okay.
