(Draft at Mother Kelly's Vauxhall, London, 1 June 2025) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of chocolate, coffee and some liquorice. Malty, roasted taste with dark chocolate, coffee, dark bread and a balanced roasty bitterness in the finish. Solid and well balanced porter. Very nice.

Keg 1/3 pint at Mother Kelly´s.
Poured near black in color with a dense, off white head.
Robust indeed, for the abv.
Cocoa notes, roasted malts, full bodied. Quite impressive.

Draft at Ninkaci, Eastbourne. Poured almost black in colour with an everlasting frothy, light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, light caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet and liqourice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, biscuit malt, caramel, earthy, liquorice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nicely balanced. Sweet but not too sweet.

Can from somewhere - could actually be from Systembolaget this time around! Deep malty, smokey flavour. Great look with lasting foam. Interesting robust porter profile but ending with sweeter plum notes. You do get the sense it's English due to the hops. Well made and interesting.
