Hazy and with a bit of bubbly head. Has a pear like hop and dusty yeast. The body is light, with some light pear and peach notes. Good.

750ml bottle (Vintage 2015) from La Cave à Bulles. Aroma and taste are yeasty, flowery, earthy. Good stuff if you are a fan of farmhouse ales. But I am not... :-)

Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy blond color. The aroma is nice, funky, a bit fruity, some honey. Dry, smooth, well carbonated, a bit funky, it has some coriander, some orange peel, a bit vinous, quality hops; a lot of character.
Very nice.

750mL bottle, thanks to beerplace for bringing this back, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic farmhouse notes, some dry hopping, and floral notes. Flavour is very floral and bitter, with lots of dry hopping from the mosaic and simcoe especially, and rustic farmhouse yeast. Highly yeast and floral in the hop department. Well-constructed and balanced. Very good.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle at Borresteijn’s place. Hazy, golden yellow with a frothy, white head. Sourish-fruity, funky aroma of lemon, barnyard, manure, gooseberry and white grapes. Slightly sourish, fruity and very funky taste of lemon, barnyard, manure, gooseberry and white grapes, followed by a medium long, slightly tart, dry and oaky finish. Thin to medium body, spritzy and effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite nice!
