Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Cris. Cloudy pale yellow. Great aroma, funky, floral, citric, zesty, woody, spicy, hoppy, with honey and some farts. Dry flavor, a bit tart, funky, with flowers, citrus, wood, and a nice bitter hops finish. Medium-bodied. Very good stuff.

Bottle, thanks SirLimpsalot. Yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of brett, citrus, some orange, hay and herbs. Medium moouthfeel and with fairly sour finish. A refreshing one.
