Cask at Oliver Twist. Clear deep golden liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus, tangerine, fresh hops, light bread, grass and mango. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of fresh hops, citrus, tangerine, hop pellets, grain and biscuit. Light to medium bodied with low carbon. Solid hote golde, but there’s a lot of hop pellet flavor. Feels a bit immature.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 12 Feb 2016) Pale golden colour with foamy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, tea, leafy hops and biscuits. Malty, hoppy taste with citrus, lemon peel, biscuits, leafy hops and a slightly soapy finish with a balanced citric bitterness. Light body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty with high drinkability. Nice one.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a thin head. Dry hopped as you might imagine, but possibly not quite as dry tasting as you might expect - it’s somewhat crisp.

Cask at Stockbridge Tap. Finally! It pours clear golden - amber with a dense white head. The nose is fresh, skunky, dank, grass, earth, sweet floral and some sweet orangey citrus. The taste is crisp, dry, grassy, skunky, dank, grapefruit, lime, orange and waxy peel with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Subtle, interesting and very well balanced. Really crushable as well. Superlative.
