Bouteille 75cl partagée avec Tomaz. Bottled 08/12/2021, BB 01/2027, lot# VB07.

Bottle, thanks Loz&Fin! Light smoked wood and berry nose, dark brown, offwhite head. Medium light body, low carbonation. Roast and chocolate, Mon Cheri, light roast nuts, dark sugar, a bit simple but quite good drinkability

Craft Islington bottleshare. Thanks to new Ken. Hazy deep brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth and soft palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Slighty creamy malts. Very modest red/brown character. Barreling seems to have softened considerably. Little winey fruits on the finish. Nice.

Poured at Shelton Festival, black with small tan head. The aroma is dark fruit and oak. Thin body, raisin, fig, oak, light tartness, good.
