Keg at Bilcos, Napa, 01/02/16. Very lightly hazed orange topped with a moderate off white covering. Nose is peach, caramel, citric tinged straw. Taste carries a Mosaic whisper but not as prominent as I’d have liked, bitter orange, toasted bread, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with grassy hop bitterness. Adequate pale but when billed as a specific hop I’d like to have been offered a big dose of brother Mosaic!

Draft - Dank and grassy. Clear gold with a small white head. Dank and some fruity notes and nice bitterness.

Draught. Light hazy golden liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of lemon peel, citrus, tangerine, floral hops and light bread. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of citrus, grain, bubblegum and bread. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Decent if a bit estery and sweet.

On tap at bilcos. Light golden yellow coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is spicy, pine, needle, dank hop. Flavour is composed of grainy base grains, pinch of caramel, dank hop, dry pine. Plaate is medium sweet, drying finish, highish carbonation.

Keg at Billco’s. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy white head. Nice dank mosaic aroma, some apricot, melon, tangerine. Medium sweet flavor with some bready pale malts, juicy citrus, more dankness, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, more apricot, peach, melon, orange. Solid.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Citrus aroma. Lemon and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Lemon and grapefruit linger with light pine.
