Part of a series where the grain bill is the same but the hops differ in each batch to make one hoppy session beer. Always low ABV but still full-bodied because of additions of lactose and oats.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and with decent fine carbonation. Light and sweetish pale malts, a trace of smoke. Fluffy thin malt cream. Carbonated nibble in the mid. Modest orange peel, trace of lemon. A little malt dust or something on the thin finish. A bit repressed but okay.

Keg at Mother Kelly’s - London. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds lots of dry citrus, lemon peel, straw. Light sweet flavor, super dry and pithy, with some minerals, smoke, lemon rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry finish, with strong minerality, dry bread crust, pine needles, faint grass. So so.
