Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy yellow coloured brew with an good sweet spicy taste and hints of grapefruit (mellow vesion). Quite good beer with an good foamy head.

Bottle from Dranken Vandewoude and drunk on a campsite with Nelson. Hazy gold colour lasting white thick head. Light eaters on aroma. yes it's a more a blond strong than a Tripel. some decent citrus flavours. some good bitterness on the finish. yes so its somewhere between a Tripel and a strong blond nice enough.

Bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Citrus, hints of urine and yeast in the aroma. Medium to full bdoied. Honeyish flavor with hints of urine and floral notes. Citrus. Not too alcoholic.

F: huge, white, long lasting. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, honey, fruity, bit yeasty, bready, banana, bit spicy. T: malty, spicy, gin alcohol, bready, fruity, banana, apple, grassy, honey bit, medium body and higher carbonation, very simple with decent bitterness, not bad for the style, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Carrefour @ Cours St Michel in Brussels.

20 October 2018. Late birthday dinner at 't Botteltje, Ostend.
Pours hazy ochre with a lasting, small, unstable, frothy, off-white head; little lacing. Aroma of grain, dankish, old white bread, cheese, unripe apricot & yellow apple, very faint iron. Taste is light to medium malty sweet, quite bready with a fruity note of apple; light to medium spicy bitter, hints of pepper & grass; sourish wheat, even lemon, in the back, somewhat metallic & cheesy, warming up already. Dry, grassy & spicy hoppy finish, lingering bread, unripe fruit, warming jenever alcohol. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. Acceptable Tripel.

Nous sommes tous en quête de notre Graal, et même si cette triple de la brasserie De Graal, très agréable, est d’une belle homogénéité, elle pêche légèrement par une manque de complexité aromatique. Je la trouve néanmoins largement sous-cotée car les bière présentant un tel équilibre ne sont pas légion. En verre, c’est un blond paille (EBC aux environs de 23) que vous admirez, avec une effervescence extrêmement poussée et une mousse blanche, crémeuse de plusieurs centimètres. Le nez est principalement porté sur les céréales avec tout de même des notes florales provenant du houblon et une pointe de coriandre et de citron pour l’agrémenter. L’attaque est souple, sur un bel équilibre malt/houblon. Ce sont encore des arômes floraux, de céréales relevés d’une pointe d’épices et de citron qui dominent. La deuxième bouche se recentre sur le biscuit mais avec une arrière bouche bien équilibrée, agréable et fraîche, sur l’amertume et une pointe d’épices. La troisième bouche laisse alors s’exprimer une amertume fine avant un final, d’une bonne longueur où l’amertume se fait de plus en plus saillante, présentant des notes plus herbacées. L’équilibre est quant à lui parfait, alcool (titrant à 9 % Abv, progressif et soutenant bien l’ensemble), sucre, et amertume sont dosés à merveille. La complexité en plus, le Graal n’aurait pas été loin...

Bottle shared at THT. Hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of yeast, floral notes and herbs. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
