Bottle (Katarina Ölcafe) - Golden with a white head. Lemon, yoghurt and hints of wood in the aroma. Refreshing taste with citrus, oak and grass. Very easy to drink when you consider the abv.

Bottled at Katarina Ölkafe, Stockholm. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Peachy nose with grass, pears and oaky brandy. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Peppery, vinous and peachy. Elegant and dangerously drinkable.

Bottle at Stockholm Brewing Co. Almost clear golden liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of white pepper, red berries, light hay, light grain, pineapple, apple skin and mineral. Taste is dry and light bitter, quite tart, with notes of pineapple, red apples, red berries, white pepper and light grain. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Actually way better than I expected in such a mess of a style. Great stuff. Crushable and pretty high boost. The apple and mineral notes makes this reminiscent of Belgian Gueuze.
