Bottle. Reddish golden color. Wheat, citrus, cheap sweets and a hint of licorice in the aroma. Wheaty citric sweetish flavor. Low on carbon. Thinnish. Disappointing.

330ml bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte. Aroma is rich dark caramel. Taste is rich orange boiled sweet, dark caramel, slick on the palate, some yeasty sweet creamy vanilla, herb, spice, pine with aniseed on the finish. Not very good at all.

Bottled 330ml. -at Valhalla Zagreb. Dark golden/amberish coloured, small off-white head, yeast and mild coriander in the nose. Moderate malty, yeasty, coriander, some herbs and spices with noticable alcohol and rather sweet finish. So so.

Clear medium amber colour, small frothy off-white head, diminishing quickly, minimal lacing. Aroma at first sweet malts, bubblegum and candy, followed by liquorice, anise, fennel. Taste light heavy sweet, slightly bitter, light toffee, dominating herbal and spice notes, bit sugary. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, very herbal and not really well-balanced, acceptable though.

Lichtbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is krachtig, licht zoet en kruidig met iets van stroop, bramen en bosbessen. Aparte smaak maar best goed.

Light brown colour with thin wispy head. Aroma and flavour are dominated by fennel, aniseed. It’s fairly earthy and sweet. Drinkable but not great.
