Appearance: Hazy pale yellow colour with a white head.
Aroma: Sour, citrus, grass, grapefruit.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Citrus, caramel, sour, grapefruit, floral.

Draught@SBWF2015. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet wood, mild smoked notes along with some floral and herbal notes. Flavour is salty, wooden, some mild herbs, toasted notes as well as some earthiness too.

Sample at SBWF. Cloudy golden with very small head. Citric aroma with bread, malt and grass. Lightly tart with clean, crisp lemon, yoghurt and apples. Can’t taste chanterelles really, but there is something in the feeling I can’t place. Is it them?

Draught @SBWF. Pours pale yellow. Tart gosw, quenchable with a low saltyness.

Tap at SBWF2015. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Tart, a bit salty and citrusy aroma. Light-bodied. Refreshing. Salty, citrusy and a bit fruity. Interesting.

Draught. Hazy hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, apple skin, mushrooms, grain, earth and lacto. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of apple skin, salt, lemon and grain. Light bodied with medium to high carbonation. Surprisingly good!

Sample at SBWF 2015. Hazy yellow with a white head. Nicely tart with salt, citrus, grass and grapefruit. Also some hints of something that actually reminded of chanterell. The body was light as was the bitterness.

Keg at SBWF. Cloudy pale golden, small head. Citric nose with some chanterelles. Tart with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Lemon, sour milk and chanterelles. Low bitterness. Very interesting!
