Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di luppolo e di resinoso. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'intensità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla scarsa tenuta e termina con merletti sul bordo del bicchiere. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida si presenta velata e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione e la velocità di ascesa è morbida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico e agrumi.

Bottle at home. Aroma of citrus, light malt, a hint of spicy yeast. Flavour is light to moderate sweet. Body is light to medium with some pretty lively carbonation. Refreshing and drinkable, but lacking body and depth.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, yeast, some grains and mild herbal tones. Flavour is grassy, citrusy, some mild herbal and hoppy tones. Grainy finish.

Bottle. Pale golden color. Citrus and prunes, soft floral and herbal notes in the aroma. Malty, slightly herbal flavor. Citric, grassy notes. Hint of tartness. Very well balanced. Nice and tasty ale.

29 June 2019. At Cambrinus, Bruges. Cheers to the family! Pours clear golden with a lasting, small, unstable, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of mandarin, mango, pineapple, lychee, pine, cheese, spring onion. Taste is light to medium fruity sweet, notes of mango & pineapple, vague banana, bread & slick honey, turning medium hoppy bitter with grapefruit peel, mandarin rind & spicy-yeasty touches, slightly sour. Dry, floral hoppy finish, lingering ripe fruit & yeast. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Clean, correct, introductory Pale Ale.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light cookie, light bread, light yeasty, fruity yeast, belgium yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity, fruity malt - fruity yeast, flowers - fruity, light floral.
