Our first Collaboration with Croocked moon from Copenhagen. We used a malt profile of Pale Malt, Carawheat, Caraamber and Flaked Corn for the base of this DIPA, and used Big American Hops Simcoe, Amarillo and Mosaic for a sweet, hoppy mouth feel.

Draught at Brewers Beer Bar. Hazy light amber liquid with a medium off-white head. Aroma of mango, pine, citrus, light toffee and fresh hops. Taste is dry and medium to high bitter with notes of mango, citrus and pine. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice enough DIPA. Some malt back bone.
