On tap at Akkurat. A bit hazy reddish/pink with a small head. Slightly tart aroma of blackcurrant, brett and some hay. Similar taste. Fresh and easy to drink. The finish was dry. A pleasant one.

(On tap @ Mikkeller Bar Stockholm, Feb 25 2015) Pours a medium pink with a small whitish head that fades to a ring with a little lace. Aroma of red currant tartness with other sweet/tart red berries (tart cherry, strawberry etc), lactic, a touch of vinegar, earthy musty Brett. Palate is actually quite aggressively funky hay and dry earth (kind of unique actually), a bit of lactose, red currant tartness, overripe berries too, a hint of wood. There is a bit of sweetness to go with the tartness. The finish gets very dry, bit of berry skin, wood, more of that funk and dry earth, not quite mineral. Fairly light bodied with light carb as well. I was expecting something lean and tart and while the fruit was there, the funk really pleasantly surprised me. Quite a good fruit sour, keeping the acid in check and bringing a nice suite of lambic-ish flavours.

Trevlig.
