Where: Man in the Moon, Stockholm.
Appearance: Clear golden colour with a small white head.
Aroma: Cucumber.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Cucumber. Slightly sour finish.
Comment: Easy to drink, refreshing and nothing but cucumber. Some sourness sure, but the rest is just cucumber. Might be a saison, hard to tell since normally saisons have some other flavour and aroma than cucumber. This is just cucumber. And some more cucumber.

Keg at Man in The Moon, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden, small head. Straight up cucumber aroma with some cobwebs and minerals. Mid dry with light-medium body and firm, rounded mouthfeel. Lots of cucumber - which dounds terrible, but in reality works exceptionally well. Quite stunning, especially as a refresher to a habenero dish.

Extremely hard to rate this one. It’s very interesting and clean tasting, but I wouldn’t wanna have more than a small glass. On the other hand I enjoyed that glass a lot. Aroma and taste are strongly dominated by cucumber, cucumber and cucumber. Oh, did I mention that it taste of cucumber?

Sample at a tasting at Man in the Moon. A bit hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of cucumbers, dill and light "vinegar". Taste of cucumber, light brett and dill. Light and fresh, easy to drink. A very special beer, actually hard to rate. I kind of liked it but I think it might be a bit too much to finish a whole bottle on my own. Cucumbers, how crazy!
