On tap @ the brewpub. Witbier with Aquavit-Spices. And that's exactly how it tastes. A smooth soft Witbier-body with caraway, cinnamon, juniper, and liquorice. Great full bodied, the spices are well present but not too overwhelming. Very soft in total, great Witbier-spicey aftertaste. Very great idea!!!

Draft @ SBWF 2014. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy wheaty herbal aroma. Fruity spicy herbal flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy finish.

Draught@SBWF2014. Yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is herbs, some wheat, spices, mild alcohol and some slight wooden notes. Flavour is rather similar with some grains in there as well.

Tap at SBWF2014. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Strong wine/candy/herbal aroma. Light-bodied. Herbal, "cocktail" flavor. Herbal and odd.

On tap at the Brewery. A bit hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of fennel, wheat, herbs, citrus and some light earth. Fairly refreshing and with dry finish.

Draught at the brewery. Hazy hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of anise, spices, wheat, earth and bubblegum. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of anise, fennel and wheat. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Very akvavit-esque. Not my cup of tea as I can’t stand anise.

Pours hazy yellow. Herbal, spicy aroma with slight citrus notes. Heavy taste of herbs and lemon (resembling the swedish bubblegum Jenka). Nice, refreshing summer brew.

Appearance: Opaque golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, coriander, spices.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Citrus, herbs, perfume, spices. Slightly off, bitter finish.

Draught @ the brewpub. Good balnced beer that has got sweetness, sourness and spiciness. A bit dry. Heavy notes of salvia.
