The aim of the Astral fresh keg IPA project is to find the best hops from each harvest, brew a beer with it, and serve it as soon as we possibly can.
Batch 1: Merkur, 6.7 % by vol.
Batch 2: Amarillo/Simcoe, 9.8 % by vol.
Batch 3: Nelson Sauvin/Galaxy, 6 % by vol.
Batch 4: Polaris 4.5 % by vol.
Batch 5: Citra/Nelson Sauvin 6.9 % by vol.
Batch 6: European Challenger 6.9 % by vol.

Keg at BrewDog, Stockholm. Clear golden, mid sized head. Huge aroma of peach and lychee. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Clinical, neutral malt - all focus on hops. Lots of tropical fruit. Long bitter finish. Lovely aroma, the rest is more correct than great.
