Välmatad och helt igenom ekologisk IPA för vintertider. Sigtuna Winter IPA är en kopparfärgad IPA med fin balans och är mycket gångbar tillsammans med julens mat. Den har knäck- och chokladtoner från maltmixen, och inslag av aprikos, örter och grapefrukt från cascade- humlen.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5

Smell-weak hops, malt maybe faint caramel. Foam- medium-strong to strong hops and bitter tones, weak malt somewhere. Head is large, white with an orange tint. Sticks. Appearance- simple can. Clear orange-brown amber color, medium to high carbonation. From - pint Taste- hops, bitterness, more hops, and some grassy tones. Bit harsh taste for me, has hints of sweetness and malts somewhere but is overwhelmed by hops. Feels balance is off somewhere.

En aldeles god klassisk IPA, men selv om det er mye igjen av best-før, så merkes det at den ikke er blodfersk. Denne skal jeg forsøke å smake helt ferdk, for da tror jeg den har himmelsk potensiale.

Bottle. Light hazy dark Amber, golden lace. Roast caramel, pine hop aroma. Medium, body, light sticky roast, resinny west coast hop finish.a throwback IPA for Christmas.

Bottle 33 cl. Amber, clear with a medium offwhte head. A hop aroma, with a malt, straw and spices sense. Medium bittter falvor with s dry hop, malt and grass end. Bb 09.2019. Bought 11.2018 Östersund, SE

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

From backlog. 0,3 litre Bottle from Systembolaget Charlottenberg. Dark amber with offwhite head. Malts, hops, Caramel, pine, and bitterness.

Bottled 330ml. -Golden/pale amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, light caramel nose. Toasted malt, bready, caramel and weak citrusy hoppy with touch of grass and light alcohol in rather bitter dry finish. Had better had worse.
