Välmatad och helt igenom ekologisk IPA för vintertider. Sigtuna Winter IPA är en kopparfärgad IPA med fin balans och är mycket gångbar tillsammans med julens mat. Den har knäck- och chokladtoner från maltmixen, och inslag av aprikos, örter och grapefrukt från cascade- humlen.

Flaska från SB. Mörk kopparfärgad vätska med fingerhögt skum. Dofter av malt, citrus och choklad. Maltig sträv sötma matchas av en rivig humlebeska. Mjuk munkänsla. Medellång eftersmak.

Dark amber color, hazy, with small head. Some aroma of malt, caramel and butter. Dry mouthfeel, caramel flavor, some burnt sugar too, strong bitterness, ending with hop resins.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 5 Oct 2013) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with crisp-bread, orange peel, dried apricots and nuts. Malty, roasted taste with notes of rye bread, orange peel and a generous spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Tasty and well made winter ale. Nice one.

Draught@SBWF2013. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is crystal malts, mild toasted notes along with some mild nutty and fruity notes. Flavour is mild toasted notes with fruits and tobacco including some mild earthiness. Bready and grainy notes as well. Easy to drink, but not all too exciting.

Sample at SBWF 2013. Copper with a white head. Aroma and taste of hay, toffee, dried fruit, citrus and pine. Not that bitter. Easy to drink. Descent.

Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2013) - Copper coloured. Dried fruit, caramel and grapefruit in the aroma. Fruity taste with raisins, fruitcake and dried apricot.
