Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours black with a 3 finger foamy/creamy darkish tan head. Aroma is chocolate toffee. Full bodied. Flavor is chocolate, anise, toffee, coffee. It’s not exactly dry, but it’s quite bitter. So complex I have no idea what the bitter is from. But it is. Great taste.

22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, toasted bread, espresso, and bitter chocolate. Flavour of bitter espresso, burnt / roasted malt, toasted bread and some caramel - quite dry, bitter and burnt. The flavour profile dissipates toward the end, leaving a rather empty palate, that is quite dry and burnt.

Pours a fairly solid black color with a smallish creamy tan head that shows moderate retention and lace. Smells of caramel, licorice, and roasted grains up front, Smooth vanilla and chocolaty aroma countered by a firm earthy hop punch. Taste is creamy chocolate and vanilla mixed with a bit of sweet milk sugar along with roasted grains and earthy hops. Creamy smooth mouthfeel, medium to thick body with a moderate level of carbonation. Very nice easy drinking smooth flavorful stout. Damn they can brew up there in AK.

Mildish flavour; some toffee. Rather light, especially for frozen Alaska...
