Kicsi, tartós, bézs hab, vörös szín. Karamelles, kissé búzás, egy leheletnyit szúrós, fűszeres illat. Karamelles, gabonás, búzás ízvilág, némi banános vonással. Édeskés, közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Kellemes, jól összerakott sör, némi érlelés simábbá teheti.

Bottle. Foggy amber colour. Small off-white head. Low retention. Aroma: massive lollipos, spicy yeast, caramel. Medium body. Sweet malty taste. Caramel, toffee. Nice yeast initially. The ending is unfortunately hollow and bland.

Re-rate: no infection in this bottle, still a messy beer with hints of oxidation. Bottle @ Creperie Bretonne, Louvain-la-Neuve. Amber colour, creamy white foam. Citrussy, tart, vinegar. Rubber, paint thinner and lemon juice. Very sour infected. Bar lady told it was a sour red/brown. When I read the other ratings I see that this isn't the case. Will rerate this when I have a non-infected bottle. *1.7

Sour Ale. Yeah I’m like it. To kwaskowe piwo klasyfikowasne i wrzucane do jednego worka jako "Belgian Strong Ale" dla mnie wyskakuje z tego przepelnionego worka. Jest kwaskowe, lekko wytrawne i malo slodowe. Bojna i spora piana a alkohol niewyczuwalny, lekka metnosc. Przy takim alkoholu jest niezwykle lekkie i pijalne, jak to osiagnieto noe wiem.
