Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso va sull'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è voluminoso. La grandezza delle bollicine a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si manifesta sotto forma di bollicine fini. La carbonazione è nella norma. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è poco meno che deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo, pulito e asciutto. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si depositano indizi di miele, resina e vino rosso.

Old rating from 2017 - 330ml bottle. Pours caramel colour with a white head. Aromas & tastes of dried fruit, citrus, caramel, pine, spices, yeast & malt. Moderate body. Smooth mild bitter finish

Drunk at pizzeria Attilio in Naples. Dark amber, small head, lightly farmhouse nose with copper malt hints. Great flavor, balanced bitterness with moderate body, the malt flavor is nice and complex with some lemony acidity notes. Great one.

Bottled. Hazy goldeny amber colour with a small head. Aroma is spices, caramel, some alcohol, raisins, sweet malts and mild yeast to it. Flavour is raisins, alcohol, yeast and some mild spices.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

On tap at clandestino Ferrara. Pours a nice clear amber with a big frothy head. Aroma is spicy, yeast, herbal. Medium body. Flavour is malty, not very sweet, herbal and spiced, very drinkable. A nice Belgian ale, drinkable and pleasant.

Bottled 330ml. -random gas station near Brescia. Darker amber coloured, medium sized beige head, yeasty and mild spicy nose. Sweet malty, caramel, yeasty, light candy and spicy with notes of fruits and touch of alcohol. Bit sweet but ok.

Backlog March 2019. Clear amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma has caramel malt and Belgium yeast with a spicy touch. Taste is sweet malt, some caramel, dry fruit, spicy and slightly harsh bitterness. Medium body and same aftertaste. Kind of interesting but not totally in balance.
