Bottle at home. Aroma of grainy malt, straw, fruits, citrus, some orange, a hint of pine, hoppy notes. Flavour is moderate bitter. Body is light to medium. Decent drinkable Session IPA, but it’s overall a bit too grainy malty and not fruity hoppy enough for my taste.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, off-white head. Intense, rather perfumy and fresh hops. Medium body, soft on the palate with a low carbonation. Really intense and fresh hop flavors leaving little to no bitterness. Incredibly flavorful considering the modest strength. 140923

Fruchtig, hopfig in der Nase. Geschmacklich ebenfalls. Beides könnte aber ruhig deutlich intensiver sein. Ein „Hopfen Junkie“ bekommt davon keine richtige Hopfen Dröhnung und verhindert dadurch allenfalls den „Hopfen Cold Turkey“. Florale und vor allem trocken getreidige Noten finden sich. Recht süffig, leichte Subsatanz. Nicht schlecht, nur der Name lässt einen hier mehr erwarten. Das nächste Mal bei der Namensfindung einfach nen Gang runterschalten. Nicht jedes Carftbeer muss besonders kreativ und extrem benannt werden und „Schlag Dir in die gottverfluchte Fresse und schände Deine verdammte Mutter Hopfenorgasmus Pale Ale“ heißen.

Draught at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a very slightly hazy golden straw colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, a little caramel, light lemon lime citrus. The flavour is light bitter and sweet, with a light, crisp, watery, light citrus, light dry pepper spice, light hop bitter palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle picked up from REWE, Zolling and consumed at home Attenkirchen, Monday 14th October 2019 in the company of Dad and Pauline. Pours gold with excellent clarity, a white head sits atop. Fruity but thin, not a patch on the others, watery.

Tap at Craft Beer Kan. Very malty, light on IPA characteristics. Feels floury like a Pilsner but with just a hint of lemon. Maybe touch of earthiness too. Nice feel to it, but maybe a little lacking something. Alcohol I guess.
