Bottle. Thanks Hallinghansen for picking this up for me. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Soft fruity, yeasty, baguette and floral hoppy nose and flavor. Elegance is an understatement. Grassy hops and and an exceptional smoothness. Ends dry! Stunning!

On tap @ Moeder Labic Fontainas. Hazy, pale golden with a big white head. Aroma is mild, but nice and estery with spicy yeast and some fruit. Flavor is pale malt, refreshing fruit, some orange zest, spicy yeast and decent bitterness. Medium body and nice in aftertaste. Nice and balanced, nothing seems to stand out in any direction, but it’s a damn well-crafted beer in the tradition Saison spirit. Very refreshing and tasty without any chalanging to it.

On draft at The Sovereign for the Brasserie de la Senne beer dinner with Yvan De Baets. Poured a light murky yellow color with a small wispy head. Aroma was light bubblegum, light doughy yeast character too. Mild, sweet malts, light floral and earthy character in this one too. Finish was light with a touch of sweet fruits.

Hazy pale golden with a big white head. Herbal, fruity and spicy aroma, very much the house aroma, perhaps with a more tropical touch. Light malty flavour with herbal and fruity hops, and a light spicy touch.

Bottle at Nuetnigenough, 28th April 2016. Hazy amber. Aroma is hay and yeast. Taste is dry and bitter, slight pine and a bitter pith.

On draft at The Sovereign in Georgetown. Pours a cloudy gold with a quickly collapsing off white head. Light banana aroma. Flavors of peach. Light bitter finish.

Draft at the Sovereign with Yvan de Baets, thank you sir! Hazy to cloudy golden yellow color, bright white head. Aroma has pear, peach, grapefruit. Taste has dusty stone fruit, fresh hay, flowers. Tasty, light, refreshing, subtle, delicate.
