Bottle. Malty aroma, roasty notes, chocolate, light coffee notes. Tastes the same as aroma, light sweet, light to medium bitter. Light to medium body, thin texture, malty bitter sweet finish. Ok.

Tap. Almost black color, light coffee foam. Aroma: malt, lightly burnt, whisky, dough, a little soap. Taste: light sweetness, caramel, slightly velvety, watery, dried fruits, prunes, mediocre.

33 cl bottle served in its own glassware at Suanzes Holiday Inn, Madrid. It pours very dark brown, almost pitch black, with a nice, thick, long-lasting, tan head. Aroma is coffee, licorice, chicory, cocoa. Quite intense and neat, though not too diverse. Mouth is velvety, smooth and round, with a nice, bitterish, medium-lingering finish. Not bad at all.

On tap at Nickeldime, Singapore. Black with a creamy tan head. Sweet with light roasted malt, chocolate, some coffee and something that reminded of nuts. The body was light.

Syvän tummanruskea, runsaasti vaahtoava olut, joka jättää kivasti pitsiä. Tuoksu maltainen ja makea, ei juuri muuta. Maku makean maltainen. Aika yksiulotteinen, mutta makeutta ei ole viety överiksi ja tämä on yllättävän toimiva ja juotava olut. Keskitäyteläinen suutuntuma ja kohtalaiset hiilihapot. Tästä tulee tummat tshekkilagerin vahvasti mieleen.

Bottle, 330 ml. Courtesy of and shared with JFK10000. Pours black with tan head. Roasted malts, coffee, sweet. Bitter finish. Light bodied.

Tap at The Royal Calpe, Gibraltar. Almost black with a lasting firm beige colour head. Aroma of sweet malt, and light roasted chocolate. Sweet with a light but noticeable roasted bitterness. Body is full, texture slick, little by way of carbonation. Finish has more bitterness. Not a great stout but certainly drinkable.

Bottle from local supermarket. Black coloured with a thin brown head. Nose is roasted malts, coffee, sweet malts. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee, bit of molasses, a bit astringent. Medium carbonation.
