Bottle shared by Dutchdrebus @ weekly tasting. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly herbs, lightly brett-ish and a bit saison-like. Quite nice actually, better than expected. The aroma is less good than the flavor imo, but overall, not bad at all.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, yellow colour with a blond and firm foamy head. Flowery, mildly grainy and wheaty malty aroma with notes of citrus, sour dough and coriander. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a lively, if not a bit harsh carbonation. Yeasty, wheaty and citric taste with present coriander spice; mildly sweet, fizzy and spicy, slightly soapy finish. Mediocre brew. 31.VIII.13

33 cl. bottle @ home. Picked up from Willems. Picked this one up, hoping that it would be a Porter or something like that. My bad, apparently this is some kind of weird historical spice beer, eh. BBF 10/2015. Big apple golden, big creamy milky white head, vanishing at a sizable pace. Nose is sweet banana yeast & weird floral spices, citrus, something odd, unusual, raw milky? dunno. Taste is floral, citrus, spices, sweet, milky, banana, BE yeast, cornbread, lemon soda, sweet Turkish bread, grass, white pepper & soap. Creamy, milky. Some odd notes as you can see but I found it to be enjoyable, not sure about the score here.

Little cloudy blond beer, huge irregular creamy solid white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: citrus, bit grassy, some yeast, bit sourish. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit of grains, citrus, some hops, yeast, some dairy. Aftertaste: bitter, herbal, little spicy, sourish, somewhat bitter, lemony, watery ending.

33cl bottle, BB Feb 2013.

Bottle filled to the brim, turning itself into masses of white foam (incredibly stable) upon pouring; very pale golden beer with a light greenish shine; looking for all the world as whipped eggwhite left alone too long. Reeks of coriander, touches of "citrus", raw egg (indeed!) and spiced milk. Tastes spicy, coriander agian, bit of pepper, and very faint lemon. After some time, soft sweetness, bit weeiig and always perfumed with the C-word. Very lively carbonated, foam seems intended as a pie-joke from a B-movie, light to medium bodied. I did not know that coriander had becomen endemic to the Kempen. If lemon and pepper are too, then global warming has reached catastrophic proportions indeed... It’s just the umpteenth Belgian wit...
