Taste A New England Session IPA is purposefully hazy and has a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Divine Road is the perfect combination of barley, wheat, rye and oats. In addition we have used large quantities of American hops: Athanum, Citra, Cascade und Loral. The result: a hoppy citrus flavor with soft bitterness and silky-smooth mouthfeel. Name Divine Road is brewed in a collaboration between Two Roads Brewing Company and Jopen. Their paths have crossed in this New England Session IPA. A Divine Road to a beautiful craft beer! Small off-white head over pineapplejuice-like beer. Oxydized, cheesy hops, valerian, peanut butter. Sweetish, fruity flavours. Not very hoppy for an IPA, even NE. Sweet lemon flavour, pineapple, watered-down peach. Medium carbonation, light body. Have had better in this segment. 6/4/6/3/13

Bottle. Milky yellow, white foam. Lightly tart lemon, mineral, onion and pineapple candy aroma. Medium light, dry, lemon sorbet with buttermilk, lemongrass and spring onion, finish reminds me of a lemon buttermilk icecream from my childhood. Minerally on the palate. Interesting flavors, but does not quite come together for me.

Bottle (from debierliefhebber.nl). Pours bright hazy yellow with whiteish head. Aroma is hoppy fruity, citrus, lemon. Flavor is sweet and bitter, citrus, orange, lemon. Finish is dry-citric bitter, slight buttery notes. Body is thin. Overall: good, but could use a bit more body, and not a fan of buttery notes.
