From tap at Moeder Lambic. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is tart, barnyard, horseblanket and orange fruity. Tart, citric and smooth leathery. Smooth fruity, citric and tart dry finish.

Tap @ Moeder Lambic, Brussels. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy head. Tart. Rubber, caramel and a bit of barnyard. Dry and smooth. Jonge.

(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 18 July 2012) Hazy golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, acidic nose with lemon, grapefruit, hay, stable and sweaty clothes. Fruity, tart taste with notes of grapefruit, green grapes, lemon, green apples, sweaty horse and a dry, tart finish. Medium body. Dry, tart and complex - quite a lovely lambic.

Tap @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Aroma is sweet, malty, barnyard and citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Bone dry and rather acidic finish. 170712

Draught at Moeder Lambic, Fontainas, as Tilquin Lambic Blend
Hazy golden color; small frothy head. The aroma is very cheesy, feety, with wet cellar. Smooth and soft mouthfeel, also because of the low carbonation; semi dry, with lovely lemony and cheesy accent, strong cellar character, cobwebs; medium astringency in the final.
A lovely blend, with a lot of character and freshness!

At a Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2012, Buggenhout, Belgium Hazy orange/gold body. No head of course. Complex aroma of wood, peach, barnyard, sink, ... Soft, moderately sour flavour - well balanced and complex with hints of wood. Very nice.

Herb säuerlicher Beginn mit geringer Bitterkeit und angenehmen Hopfennoten. Mit diesem Antrunk ist das Bier weitestgehend beschrieben, denn im weiteren Verlauf bleibt es bei dieser angenehmen Abgestimmtheit. Erfrischend, säuerlich, ausgewogen. Gut! /11/12/12//12

Slightly hazy golden colour, no head. aroma of egg, sulphur, some butter. Light brett and hay, but the sulphur is overpowering other aromas. Very fruity flavour, light tart, wood, sherry vinegar. Light egg. Slightly sweet finish, quite herbal. Very nice, aside from the aroma, which is quite off-putting, honestly.
