Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: glossy to clear yellow color with a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: peachy tart and sour character; some sweet to tart grains, sweet to tart oak; sour-ish Brett, brisk lemon whiff, lighter note of apricot; some funky character
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a fine sour to tart and funky-ish Bretty citrusy to peachy quality; finishes the same way
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; subtle smoothness but also an ample amount of sour assertiveness
Overall: a very nicely done peach sour ale I would definitely return to.

Bottle from De Bierliefhebber. Aroma is bretty funk, tart fruits, peach, oak, citrus, lightly grain, some lemon. Flavour is tart and moderate to medium sour with a dry-ish conclusion. Medium body. Crisp and funky with plenty of tart peach, more fruits. Very good!

Can, 0.473l. Aroma is tart vinous, funky, peachy and herbal. Pours cloudy pale golden color with medium sized soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Pint can. Poured a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head that soon disappeared. The aroma was faint with soured white fruits and some funk. The taste was mildly tart with fruits I could not distinguish. There was also a bit of hay and some breadiness. The palate was light and the carbonation soft. Finished short and tart. Overall: I was disappointed that I could not get any real peach flavor, perhaps the problem is my taste buds and not the beer. That aside this was an easy drinking beer that went down the hatch quite quickly. One of the more approachable sours fer sure.

8-3-7-4-15 Bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is lactic with tart fruity notes of peaches, musty fruit peel and lemon, as well as bretty notes of berries, hay, sour candy, tannins and wooden minerals. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic notes with fruity notes of peaches, plums, white currants and sour candy, as well as grassy brett with some lemony citrus, musty fruits, tannins and wooden notes. Dry finish.
