Our single hopped banger is back. Mosaic in the whirlpool to embed that spicy earthiness and then we dry hop with T90 and cryo pellets to make sure this beer explodes with a rainbow of blueberry, lemon peel, rose water and Juicy Fruit gum. Super creamy in the mouth, lively and loud.

Fruity sherbet aroma. Taste is similar but has some serious sweet maltiness behind it. Quite full on flavour wise. Something almost a little funky! Enjoyable!

Keg at Mother Kelly’s, Vauxhall, 27/09/19. Hazed golden orange with a decent white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is pine needle, ripe citric pith, bitter orange, weed, grapefruit zest. Taste comprises grass, pine needle, citric tinged straw, spruce, orange pith, raw pineapple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with weedy come lightly dankened hop bitterness. Decent.

(330ml can from Kihoskh, Copenhagen, May 11/18) Shared from the can by Nische, cheers! Looks like a can. Notes of mango, papaya, pineapple, citrus juice, fresh grass, light chives, subtle malt body, juicy through to the finish with light to medium bitterness. Average body and carbonation. Good-drinking straight up NEIPA, even consumed under sub-optimal conditions.
